3rd Dimension Design is a complete web application design and development company. We build custom web applications for clients in addition to developing a variety of advanced proprietary web-based products and services.

We design our web systems with automated functionality that allows a system to manage itself, greatly increasing efficiency and scalability. Working as a project development and management network allows us to design innovative web services and continue to improve upon the web-system.

Our People

John Williamson - President
John is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a BBA in Marketing and a Minor in International Business. John works in business development for 3DD and its subsidiary businesses. John's expertise is in consulting with clients to create websites and web-based tools that provide results by increasing productivity and lead generation through the web.

Nicholas Solon - Vice President - Director of Web Development
Nicholas is a current student at the University of Kentucky, seeking his BBA in Finance. Through his intensive work at 3DD, he has become a very proficient web developer and programmer. Nicholas is capable of creating anything on the web, from unique layouts to powerful, database-driven web systems. As a passionate student of advanced web development, Nicholas provides essential creativity, knowledge, and the ability to learn and integrate any technology.

John Harbison - Vice President - Creative Director
John Harbison is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a BA in Telecommunications. John is an expert graphic designer, an inspirational creative force, and a talented musician. John is responsible for driving all creative content for our clients and proprietary products. John works hand-in-hand with clients to help them achieve an outstanding look and feel for their web and print projects.

Michael Logdon-Porter - Programmer
Michael Logdon-Porter is in the Computer Science program at the University of Kentucky. As an experienced programmer, Michael is able to tackle large complicated projects in a very systematic way. Michael understands the many intricacies of web security, database management, e-commerce, web application development and much more. He adds years of personal and professional experience to the 3DD team.

Mark Frost - Programmer
Mark Frost has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky. Mark is a talented programmer that has shown his skill in developing complex web applications with numerous inter-working elements that are used by corporate clients of 3DD.

History

In January 2002 the stork dropped 3rd Dimension Design into the lap of Lexington KY. The original team consisted of John Williamson, Nick Solon and John Harbison.

Eager to get started, founder John Williamson assembled a team of developers to focus mainly on interactive cd marketing and Dynamic Website Development. Over the last few years the team has honed their skills and matured into a cutting edge design and development firm.
